HelpCare Eligibility

We see patients by appointment only. In order to be seen at HelpCare, patients have to meet three qualifying criteria.
For Emergencies: Call 911 or visit the ER
Requirements

Three Simple Qualifiers

Patients must meet all three criteria to receive care at HelpCare Clinic.
ResidenceServing patients who live or work in Nebraska.
InsuranceThe patient cannot have health insurance in any form (including Medicaid or Medicare).
IncomeThe patient must earn an annual household income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level.
